ABS
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, also known as ABS, is an amorphous thermoplastic material, with a continuous use temperature range
ABS is one of the most flexible materials in the industry, is easily manufactured and can be painted, glued and sanded. It is most widely used for mechanical purposes, but also has electrical properties that remain reasonably constant in the appropriate operating temperature range, regardless of the ambient temperature or humidity level of the operating environment.
The light weight of the ABS sheet makes it useful in the manufacture of products such as drain-waste-vent (DWV) pipe systems, musical instruments (recorders, plastic clarinets and piano movements), vehicle trim and bumper bars, medical devices for access to blood, electrical and electronic enclosures, power tool housings, protective headgear, small kitchen appliances, computer keyboards, etc.

Versatile
ABS can be easily fabricated, painted, glued and sanded. Making it a smart choice for mechanical purposes.
Light Weight
The lightweight ABS sheets allow it to be manufactured into musical instruments, automotive trim and medical devices for blood access.
Balanced Properties
ABS offers a good cost vs performance due to its impact strength properties, flame retardant and weather-resistant grade abilities.
